VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and organized. 

Responsibilities

 Lead Assistant will manage other Interns
 Organize correspondence and answer emails
 Prepare and organize databases and reports
 Manage social media accounts
 Troubleshoot tech issues and assist with creating an integrated system
 Handle confidential client information in follow up emails
 Help to transcribe FB lives and presentations to repurpose content
 Manage the master schedule
 Present excellent customer-service skills to clients
 Help to create and update Excel files to track enrollment and projects
 Tech support for Zoom meetings and classes

GRAPHIC/VIDEO DESIGNER

To apply, you must be studying for or have a university degree in Graphic Design, Visual Media, or related fields. You must be willing to learn, work hard, and be committed to the job. Applicants must have fluency in the English language

Responsibilities

 Creation of graphic designs
 Video editing of videos
 Development of design concepts
 Creating innovative, multimedia drawings

MARKETING & PR

To be chosen for this role, you must be a current student working towards a degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Prior work experience in administration, sales, or marketing is a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.

Responsibilties

 Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy

 Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
 Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing
 Working closely with sales and marketing department
 Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations
 Giving presentations
 Maintaining a marketing database
 Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team
 Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents
 Understanding company product and brand
 General office duties
 Creating and interpreting a variety of reports
 Organizing market research
 Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback
 Updating social media accounts

SALES INTERN

Individuals should apply if interested in launching a career in sales with one of the premier organizations developing and empowering the next generation of leaders.  

 

The initial responsibilities of new hires will primarily be focused on lead generation. The role is offered entirely remote and hours can be flexible. Compensation is entirely commission-based and enables individuals to quickly be in a position to make progress with lead generation enabling you to fully capitalize on your productivity as there is no maximum limit to an intern's commission-based earnings. 

 

This role is best suited for highly motivated individuals with adaptive learning skills.
